Founder of ADAS & The Lady Gadget
Autism & Disability Advocacy Services (ADAS)
I'm a Certified Trauma-Informed Holistic Wellness Life Coach, founder of Autism & Disability Advocacy Services (ADAS), and host of The Chatty Auties Show.
I've lived what you're going through. My own journey through trauma, loss, and neurodivergence taught me that real healing needs faith, connection, and someone who sees the whole person not just the diagnosis.
Working alongside someone on the spectrum who truly understands has helped me in both my personal and business life. Where psychologists and counselors fell short, Rebekah made all the difference.
Rebekah has been a Godsend for my three special-needs children. As I deploy with the Air Force, her support keeps my family steady — bridging communication gaps with care and unwavering enthusiasm.
When I was in a dark place, Rebekah was there. She helped me build a beautiful new relationship and continues to open doors. She goes above and beyond what any therapist did for me.
For the first time, I felt my struggles were truly validated — understood without condemnation. Rebekah's encouragement gave me the courage to sign my first lease at 39 years old.
Beyond understanding the issues, Rebekah gave me practical strategies for communication, boundaries, and harmony between business and personal life. Her tailored advice has made a lasting impact.
Her strategies have helped me cope with anxiety and PTSD in ways no psychologist ever could. I'd recommend Rebekah to anyone navigating PTSD, autism, chronic illness, depression, or anxiety.

You've tried explaining it a hundred times. To doctors. To schools. To family. What if someone finally just got it?
I offer four core coaching paths — Path to Purpose, Rekindle Connection in Marriage, Parenting to Peace, and Post-Traumatic Growth & Identity Restoration. I also provide consulting for providers, employers, and CEOs supporting neurodivergent clients or teams.
